For in-stock items, we will deliver your parcel within 2-4 business days, excluding delivery processing times. Items on backorder will be despatched within 14-21 business days. During high season, delivery might take a little longer. Please note that HAFADAI is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at delivery.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is received and confirmed, our team will process it promptly. Please allow for an order processing time of up to 24 hours. Orders placed after 6pm will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carrier

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only offer shipping within Hong Kong. We apologize for any inconvenience caused if you are located outside of our service area. However, we are constantly working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve a wider customer base.
Shipping Fees
Standard delivery rate will be calculated at Checkout. And, we offer free shipping for orders over HKD500 to Hong Kong. No additional charges will be applied.
